All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Shipping Method & Origin

As a result:

  • Products may be shipped from overseas warehouses, including Asia.

  • Shipments may arrive separately if multiple items are ordered.

  • Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Any customs charges, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Responsibility

Ava Toronto is responsible for your order until it has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once tracking information confirms successful delivery:

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Ava Toronto cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly first.

 


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
