At Ava Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted as part of our fair-use policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Contact us at info@avatoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner.

You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any international shipping costs and customs duties if applicable.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes Track & Trace, as we cannot process returns that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

The refund will be processed within 14 days.

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Liability & Responsibility

Ava Toronto is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen international shipping circumstances.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item according to the return procedure outlined above.
